Love Is Cinta tells a story about longtime friends Cinta and Ryan, a high school students who have feelings for each other but have difficulties to express it. Near the graduation day Ryan only says the word Love to Cinta which they both interpret as "care". After the graduation Ryan has to continue his study to America. In America, something happened to him and it changes everything. He will not let go before he can tell Cinta his feelings, even if he has to become another person.
